Dr. Duck's policy is to provide our clients with the best-quality product. 100% customer satisfaction is important to us. As long as the product still has the original tags attached and the item(s) is/are clean and yet to be worn, you may return the item within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund. If the item has an odor, hair or pet hair, or if the item(s) has any stains it/they will not be accepted.


Follow the steps below to process your return:

  1. Send email requesting return to service@drduck.com">service@drduck.com
  2. Please use your Order Number as reference and explain your reason for return (Include a photo of any damaged item)
  3. Once return has been approved, you will receive return shipping label via email
  4. Package your return item, apply label and take to UPS mailing center
  5. Once return is received, we will ship your replacement item or refund

If the item doesn't not make its way to back Rusa Outdoors, LLC (Dr Duck) there will not be a refund if you have used your own shipping company. Please be aware, at minimum, even if you use your own shipping company, Rusa Outdoors, LLC (Dr Duck) will still charge a $7.50 re-stocking fee. After we have received your return, we will process & issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 4-6 business days from the day we receive your package.


We definitely want to take care of all of our clients. If you would like to change a size or color, you may place a new order and we will provide you with free shipping. We will get your new products right way, provided the item(s) is/are in stock. You will be charged for the new product. Once we receive your return product, we will credit you for it within 4-6 business days. See above instructions on how to make a return.
