The Dr. Duck® Chest Pack is made of neoprene. It features a full zip top pocket to stow your keys, wallet, cell phone, etc. The oversized zipper pull makes it easily accesible in cold conditions or with thick gloves on. Capable of holding 18 shot shells in the sleeves on the front and back of the pack. D-ring hangs on the bottom provide a place to hang calls, cases, gloves, etc. Features a large, magnetic front pocket to provide additional storage.

Just as described. There is enough room to hold phones and keys in the large zipper pocket, but the zipper doesn't go all the way to the ends of the pocket. You bend over too far or step in a hole, it will fill with water. Other than that, seems to be solid.
Has good hooks and loops. Believe that I'll get a lot of use out of it.
Seemed like a good price too until the shipping was added.
