PLEASE READ BEFORE UNPACKING YOUR GOODS!
Thank you for your recent Dr. Duck Co. order! Please follow the steps below to ensure you are eligible for our returns program, should you need to return or exchange anything on your order. Please note that all returns must be approved by our team via email before you send the product back to us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In order to return or exchange a product, it must be unused, clean and must have the tags attached. Save both the original packaging and the clear poly-bag that came with the garment. Please keep the product clean and away from pets, liquids, odors, etc. Items that have been washed and/or dried will not be refundable/exchangeable. If the item has an odor, hair or pet hair, or if the item(s) has any stains it/they will not be accepted.Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We provide free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the sale date on full price items (excludes select items) purchased in the lower 48 states . Free returns are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Please contact us to see if your item qualifies for free returns/exchanges. Shipping is non-refundable
PLEASE NOTE, we do not provide free returns or offer refunds for items purchased through third parties, during sale periods, or for products bought through our select retail partners. Items purchased on sale, during promotional periods, with a discount code/at a discounted rate can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size, IF inventory is available at the time our warehouse validates your return. ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED RATE AND SENT BACK FOR A SIZE EXCHANGE THAT CANNOT BE FULFILLED DUE TO UNAVAILABLE INVENTORY WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. If free shipping is utilized for an order, the cost of shipping to return/exchange the item must be covered by the customer. If you need help with sizing, please contact us so we can assist with your selection. Valid proof of purchase is required for authorization of all returns and exchanges. If you are filing a claim for a package/product that appears to be damaged upon arrival, please be sure to keep all original packaging that the product arrived in for proof.
You must obtain return confirmation from a member of our team via email (service@drduck.com) before returning your product(s). Items sent back without return confirmation will no be accepted for return. Upon issuance of your return confirmation, eligible orders will be provided a printable UPS Ground or USPS return label.
To initiate a return or exchange, email service@drduck.com with your order #, your request for an exchange or return, and the reason you would like to place the exchange/return . Please allow up to three business days to hear back from our team with an updated return status.

RETURN PROCESS:
Follow the steps below to process your return:
Send email requesting return to service@drduck.com (Please allow 3 business days to receive a response from our team)Please use your Order Number as reference and explain your reason for the return (Include a photo of any damaged item)Our team will review the request and determine the return status. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If your return qualifies for free return shipping, you will receive a return shipping label (some orders may not qualify for free return/exchange shipping - Please see above/contact our team to see if your order qualifies)Package your return item, apply label and take to UPS or USPS mailing center - Please note; the return packaging must be of appropriate size for the product. If the packaging is too small and causes the item(s) to be smashed, deformed, or damaged, the return may be void.Once return is received, we will process and issue a refund. The funds will go directly back to the payment method utilized for the order, less the cost of shipping. Refunds are generally processed within 4-6 business days from the day we receive your package.

EXCHANGES:

If the packaging is too small and causes the item(s) to be smashed, deformed, or damaged, the exchange may be void.Pertaining the new items: Place a new order for the desired color/size. We will get your new order packed up and shipped out same day, provided the item(s) are in stock. All orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.Once exchange package is received, we will process and issue a refund. The funds will go directly back to the payment method utilized for the order, less the cost of shipping. Refunds are generally processed within 4-6 business days from the day we receive your package.
