SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How will my order be shipped?
We have a variety of different carriers to choose from during check out, based on the item, the weight and the delivery time. When you go to complete your purchase, you will be presented with the shipping options available for those products and associated shipping delivery windows.

When will my order ship?
Please know we are family owned and operated with no employees but are thankful for your business and strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Thursday (excluding major U.S. holidays), will typically ship within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or during weekends and holidays, or when ducks are flying, will be processed as soon possible. 

Dr Duck Company does not ship orders internationally.
We only process and deliver orders within the United States.

Does Dr Duck Company allow changes to an order?
Our Warehouse team (the fam) picks & packs products quickly to assure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Dr Duck Company does not allow any amendments or changes once an order is placed. This would include the following: shipping addresses, shipping methods (upgrading to express shipping), email addresses, size/color or adding/removing an item.

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you can return the order (or part of it) to us for a full refund byt following the RETURNS instructions below. Items marked Clearance Sale are "all sales final items" with no returns or refunds.

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping fees) within 30 days of purchase. Dr Duck Company does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please return your item for a refund and then purchase your intended product.

Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Dr Duck Company.

To start the return process, send an email with RETURN in the subject line to service@drduck.com and details of the issue in the email. We will provide you with a return shipping address via email. Box up your items and ship the item(s) back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your return has been processed, after inspection.

 

Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) plus sales tax to the credit card you originally used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 10 – 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We pride ourselves on offering outdoor enthusiasts well built, premium quality products and apparel. If your product that you purchased from the our website fails for any reason due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it at our discretion. Because all products have a life span that varies greatly from person to person, we reserve the right to determine if a product has failed because of normal (warrantable) or abusive (not warrantable) use.

Any item being returned for any reason must be accompanied by the sales receipt and sent to us freight prepaid within 30 days from date of purchase. All clothing sent in for warranty consideration must be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Any item returned dirty will be refused. We will not accept your shipment if the package(s) shows signs of external damage. Always inspect your clothing immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away.
