POLICIES
PLEASE READ BEFORE UNPACKING YOUR GOODS!
Thank you for your recent Dr. Duck Co. order! Please follow the steps below to ensure you are eligible for our returns program, should you need to return or exchange anything on your order. Please note: ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR TEAM VIA EMAIL BEFORE THE PRODUCT(S) ARE RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In order to return or exchange a product, it must be unused, clean and must have the tags attached. Save both the original packaging and the clear poly-bag that came with the garment. Please keep the product clean and away from pets, liquids, odors, etc. Items that have been washed and/or dried will not be refundable/exchangeable. If the item has an odor, hair or pet hair, or if the item(s) has any stains it/they will not be accepted. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the sale date on FULL PRICE ITEMS (excludes select items) purchased in the lower 48 states . Returns are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Please contact us to see if your item qualifies for returns/exchanges. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable. We do not provide shipping/shipping labels for returns or exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased through third parties, during sale periods, or for products bought through our select retail partners. Items purchased on sale, during promotional periods, with a discount code/at a discounted rate can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size, IF inventory is available at the time our warehouse validates your return. ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED RATE AND SENT BACK FOR A SIZE EXCHANGE THAT CANNOT BE FULFILLED DUE TO UNAVAILABLE INVENTORY WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. If free shipping is utilized for an order, the cost of shipping to return/exchange the item must be covered by the customer. If you need help with sizing, please contact us so we can assist with your selection. Valid proof of purchase is required for authorization of all returns and exchanges. If you are filing a claim for a package/product that appears to be damaged upon arrival, please be sure to keep all original packaging that the product arrived in for proof.
You must obtain return confirmation from a member of our team via email (service@drduck.com) before returning your product(s). Items sent back without return confirmation will no be accepted for return. We do not provide shipping/shipping labels for returns or exchanges. Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or store credit. We do charge a $7.95 restocking fee.
To initiate a return or exchange, email service@drduck.com with your order #, your request for an exchange or return, and the reason you would like to place the exchange/return . Please allow up to three business days to hear back from our team with an updated return status.

RETURN PROCESS:
Follow the steps below to process your return:
Send us an email requesting return to service@drduck.com (Please allow 3 business days to receive a response from our team). Please use your Order Number as reference and explain your reason for the return (If the item is damaged, please include a photo of any damaged item). Our team will review the request and determine the return status. Once/If the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Package your return item(s), apply a shipping label from the carrier of your choice (We recommend utilizing UPS for large packages and USPS for smaller packages) - Please note; the return packaging must be of appropriate size for the product. If the packaging is too small and causes the item(s) to be smashed, deformed, or damaged during transit, the return may be void. Once the return is received, we will process and issue a refund. The funds will go directly back to the payment method utilized for the order, less the cost of shipping. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your package.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:
Follow the steps below to process your exchange:
Send email requesting exchange to service@drduck.com (Please allow 3 business days to receive a response from our team). Please note, items on final sale/clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use your Order Number as reference and explain your reason for the exchange. Our team will review the request and determine the exchange status. Once/If the exchange has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the exchange has been approved. Once you receive this confirmation, please pack up the item(s) and send to the address listed below:

Please note; the return packaging must be of appropriate size for the product. If the packaging is too small and causes the item(s) to be smashed, deformed, or damaged during transit, the exchange may be void. Pertaining the new items; Once exchange package is received, we will confirm that the returned items meet our return/exchange standards. Once we confirm that the items meet the standards, we will pack up the requested items for the exchange and send them your way!
